Qualifications:
10+ years of hands-on SAP Basis administration experience.
In-depth knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, ECC, BI, Portal, Fiori, and Linux (Red Hat) environments.
Proven experience in SAP system copies, migrations, and upgrades.
Strong Oracle Database administration skills (backup, recovery, performance tuning).
Experience with SAP Solution Manager (CharM) for change and release management.
Knowledge of SAP certificate crossing different SAP platform
Familiarity with Redwood RunMyJobs for SAP job scheduling (preferred)
Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Service Request Management).
Ability to provide 24x7 operational support (on-call rotation) in a dynamic environment.
Proactive problem-solving with a focus on minimizing system downtime.
Strong documentation skills for maintaining system configurations, procedures, and reports.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience with ServiceNow for IT service management
SAP Basis service automation experience is a plus.
