James River Air plumbing service technicians are professionals who excel in diagnosing and resolving residential plumbing problems and customer related concerns. Our technicians take pride in their trade and provide a wide range of plumbing services for our customers.

Essential Functions:

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Complete residential plumbing services including all aspects of fresh water supply, filtration and sewage removal from home.
• Install various household appliances (garbage disposals, insta hots and gas ranges).
• Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and damaging leaks.
• Troubleshoot, propose solutions, and resolve homeowner concerns.
• Prepare and present upfront cost estimates.
• Locate and repair issues with water supply lines, faucets etc.
• Repair or replace broken drainage lines, and sewage pipes.
• Handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers, sewer machine etc.).
• Tankless Water Heater maintenance, repair & installation.
• Provide the legendary  Bow Tie Experience for our customers
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must possess a background and experience of plumbing and associated equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and customers.
• 3-5 years of plumbing experience preferred.
• All successful candidates must be able to pass the required physical, background check and drug-screen.
