You will work alongside our product and engineering teams to make sure what we ship actually works the way it is supposed to. If you are someone who enjoys finding edge cases, questioning assumptions, and making software better, this one is for you. Fully remote, open to candidates anywhere in the US.What You Will DoWrite, execute, and maintain test cases across new features and existing functionalityPerform exploratory testing, regression testing, and smoke testing at different stages of the cycleBuild and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, or PlaywrightReport bugs clearly with steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual behavior, and priority levelsWork directly with developers to understand requirements and flag potential issues earlyHelp improve the QA process over time as the team growsWhat we are looking forAt least 1 year of experience in QA or software testingSolid foundation in manual testing and test case design Hands-on experience with at least one automation framework: Selenium, Cypress, or PlaywrightYou write bug reports that developers actually understand and can act onYou think in edge cases naturally and enjoy finding what others missNice to have: experience testing SaaS or HR tech productsSalary$34–$42/hourJob OverviewLocation: RemoteSeniority Level: JuniorJ-18808-Ljbffr
