National Church Residences Home Health division located in Central Ohio is a Home Health & Hospice agency with a team of health care professionals that is unmatched in the area!

We are owned and operated by National Church Residences , the nation's largest provider of affordable senior housing and health care services.

We are seeking a Home Health RN who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors!

Position Details:

• Role : Weekend Admissions Registered Nurse
• Schedule : Every other weekend commitment or every weekend
• Expectations : Availability to complete 3 starts of care per day
• Compensation : Higher hourly rate for weekend hours worked

What We're Looking For:

• Current and active RN license
• 1-2 years of HH experience-required
• OASIS knowledge-required
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Dedication to providing exceptional patient care
