Job Title: Live-In Nanny with an AuPair background Location: Bloomfield Hills, Michigan Position Type: Full-Time, Live-In Overview A warm, welcoming, and busy family of seven is seeking a dedicated and flexible Live-In Nanny to support the daily care and coordination of their five children. This is a collaborative household environment where you will work alongside a house manager, housekeeper, after-school nanny, and parents to ensure a smooth and structured routine. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and enjoys being part of a team-oriented family setting. Schedule Monday through Friday with flexibility for occasional weekend support Morning shift: 6:30 AM – 8:30 AM Afternoon/Evening shift: 2:30 PM – 8:30 PM Midday downtime provided for personal time Key Responsibilities Morning Routine: Wake children and assist with getting ready for school Prepare and serve breakfast Pack lunches and snacks, ensuring backpacks are organized Help ensure children are ready and out the door on time Travel with family (domestic and international) Midday Responsibilities: Grocery shopping several times per week Running family errands as needed Light meal prep for children Afternoon & Evening Routine: School pickups and transportation to extracurricular activities Assist with homework and after-school organization Prepare and serve dinner for the children Support bath and bedtime routines Children Five children: ages 15, 14, 13, 10, and 4 Four girls and one boy (youngest child) Additional Details No pets in the home Car provided for both work-related and personal use Domestic and international travel required Collaborative, team-based household with additional staff support Schedule may vary; flexibility and adaptability are essential Compensation & Benefits $125,000 - $130,000 Health benefits offered Live-in accommodations provided Use of a vehicle included Ideal Candidate Experienced with multiple children and varying age groups Highly organized, dependable, and proactive Comfortable working in a team environment Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules Warm, engaging, and nurturing demeanor Work Environment The family fosters a respectful, supportive, and inclusive environment where staff members are valued and treated like part of the family.
