Job Description
Candidates MUST have litigation experience. Commercial leasing experience is also a huge plus. Candidates must be self-driven, reliable, willing to learn and be resourceful. Strong computer skills, outstanding research skills, excellent writing skills and strong communication skills are a must. This is an incredible opportunity for an extremely organized individual that thrives in a fast paced environment that requires multi-tasking, the ability to time manage and transition from task to task with ease.
Day to day duties will include, working hand-in-hand with our Senior General Counsel and legal team on all real estate matters, including but not limited leasing, litigations, Landlord/Tenant, admin law, compliance, and beyond. Not for faint-hearted but for someone highly motivated with serious designs on a current and future career in real estate management.
