Dental receptionist / admin
Job Description Patient Reception: Greeting patients warmly and professionally to ensure a positive first impression and welcoming office environment.
Scheduling and Coordination: Managing patient appointments accurately using dental practice management software including SoftDent and Patterson Imaging.
Insurance and Billing: Verifying insurance coverage and collecting payments, copays, and balances through medical billing procedures.
Administrative Support: Handling multi-line phone systems, reviewing HIPAA documentation, and maintaining organized patient record systems.
full-time $28 - $28 per hour
Includes paid training prior to the official start date.
Benefits Training: Paid training and on-the-job training provided.
Dental Care: Free dental care provided, excluding lab fees.
Full-time position. Paid training Monday–Thursday.
Requirements Experience: Background as a Medical or Dental Receptionist in a clinic or dental office.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, 10-key typing, multi-line phones, and dental management software.
Knowledge: Understanding of dental terminology, insurance verification, and HIPAA regulations.
Experience: Background in dental field, medical billing, documentation review, or administrative support.
