Location Piscataway, NJEmployment W2 company driver On-Call position This is an on-call role, Monday through Sunday, with no guaranteed weekly hours. Availability and flexibility are required. This position is ideal for drivers seeking supplemental income or a flexible work schedule.Equipment New diesel and electric box trucks.Maintained under a strict and consistent preventative maintenance program - we operate only safe, clean, and well-maintained vehicles.Position Overview Strange Trip Inc. is hiring dependable and professional CDL Class A, B, or C on-call drivers to support our growing team. This is a great fit for Uber, Lyft, or other gig workers who want extra income and a steady, reliable company to call home. When called in to work, you'll run a dedicated local route departing around 4:00 – 5:00 AM from Piscataway, NJ. You'll be paid a fixed $50 weekly rate to remain on call, plus the regular route pay of $225 – $315 per day depending on the lane. Paid training with an experienced driver provided. The work involves touch freight - scanning, loading, and unloading boxes for final-mile and dedicated shipper customers.
