**Order Selector – 2nd Shift (Sunday–Thursday)

Schedule: 2nd Shift — 4:00 PM to Finish (up to 7:30 AM)
Hours: 50–60 hours per week
Days: Sunday–Thursday
Location: Dallas TX 75235
Employment Type: Full‐Time

Regency is Hiring for one of the nation’s largest food and beverage distributors warehouse , known for reliability, quality, and a strong commitment to our customers. We’re expanding our warehouse team and looking for motivated Order Selectors who are ready for steady hours, consistent overtime, and long‐term career growth.

Position Summary

The Order Selector is responsible for accurately selecting, stacking, and preparing customer orders for delivery. This is a physically demanding, fast‐paced role that requires stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work long shifts.

What You’ll Do

• Select and build customer orders using voice pick or handheld systems
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Hot or Work in dry, refrigerated, and freezer environments, Non Climate Controlled
• Stack pallets securely and prepare loads for transport
• Maintain accuracy, speed, and safety throughout the shift
• Work long hours until all orders are completed (finish times vary)

Schedule & Workload

• Start Time: 4:00 PM
• End Time: When the work is finished (as late as 7:30 AM )
• Workweek: Sunday–Thursday
• Weekly Hours: Typically 50–60 hours
• Overtime: Regular and required

This schedule is ideal for candidates who want consistent overtime and are comfortable with long shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or order selecting experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable working in cold/freezer environments
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work long shifts and late finish times
• Must be able to work Sundays and overtime as needed
