Technical Recruiter

Brickhouse Resources is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be relationship-focused, dedicated to delivering a quality recruitment experience for both hiring managers and candidates, and someone who is able to function independently but enjoys collaborating and celebrating with a team.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the recruitment process including intake meetings with hiring managers, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, sharing feedback, and extending offers
• Represent Brickhouse's People Driven brand values and culture by supporting a transparent, quality-focused, and enjoyable candidate and client experience
• Assist with writing and posting job descriptions
• Participate in Brickhouse's CARE program through on-going communication and celebration of our consultants and clients
• Help attract, train, and support additional Brickhouse team members
