We operate as embedded recruiting partners and move quickly to meet evolving client needs across go-to-market, product, design, and engineering functions. The Role This is a part-time contract sourcing role focused on proactively identifying and engaging highly qualified candidates for VC-backed tech startups. The primary objective is to deliver strong, well-vetted candidates and schedule them directly onto the Executive Partners’ calendars. This role emphasizes quality over quantity. Success is measured by precision, speed, and candidate alignment, not outreach volume. The ideal candidate learns quickly, applies strong recruiting judgment, communicates proactively, and delivers results with urgency. This role supports hiring across GTM, Product, Design, and Engineering functions, from entry-level through executive leadership. Key Responsibilities Identify and target highly aligned candidates for GTM, Product, Design, and Engineering roles within VC-backed technology companies Source across all levels, including senior and executive leadership Leverage Pin, Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced sourcing tools to build focused, strategic talent maps Execute multi-channel outreach including cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn connection requests, and InMails Craft thoughtful, tailored outreach messaging aligned to each specific role and company Qualify candidates using multiple recruiting lenses, including functional expertise, company stage fit, growth trajectory, and leadership capability Schedule thoroughly vetted, high-quality candidates directly onto Executive Partners’ calendars Use AI research tools to accelerate market understanding, client preparation, and candidate evaluation Maintain clean, accurate tracking in RecruiterFlow Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders regarding pipeline progress, challenges, and candidate feedback Requirements 5+ years of proven experience sourcing within the startup or high-growth tech ecosystem Demonstrated success supporting hiring across GTM and technical functions Experience sourcing at multiple levels, including executive searches Strong ability to learn new industries, markets, and business models quickly Proficiency with Pin, Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, and similar sourcing platforms Experience with outbound sourcing including cold calling and cold email Ability to engage senior and executive-level candidates with credibility Comfort leveraging AI tools to maximize research depth and efficiency Strong recruiting judgment with a focus on alignment rather than activity volume Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong ownership and follow-through Ability to manage multiple client searches while delivering quickly Success in This Role Looks Like Rapid ramp-up on new client searches High-quality, well-qualified candidates scheduled with Executive Partners Clear and proactive communication regarding pipeline status Strong alignment between candidate profiles and client expectations Clean and disciplined workflow management in RecruiterFlow Why G2 Work with high-growth VC-backed technology companies Exposure to strategic and executive-level hiring Leverage advanced sourcing tools and AI-enabled research strategies #J-18808-Ljbffr
