PM Shift- Full-Time
$10,000 Sign on Bonus!! for PM Shift
Incentives & Compensation:
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus Full-Time on PM Shift
Low staffing ratios = better care and less burnout
$3 Shift Differential for PM shift

Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and monitor vital signs
Support resident care plans and clinical documentation
Lead and guide CNA staff
Promote resident safety and comfort
Collaborate with Nurse Managers and interdisciplinary team
Qualifications:
Active RN License in Wisconsin
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A passion for caring for the aging population
New graduates strongly encouraged to apply!
