Pastor - Pathways Community Church, Ramsey, MN Be among the first 25 applicants Minimum Qualifications Seminary or graduate education in pastoral ministry preferred. Credentialed, licensed, and ordained by the Christian and Missionary Alliance or willing to work toward it. Previous Pastoral Experience We prefer someone with previous experience as a pastor but would consider a second career, first-time pastor with life experience. Additional Requirements We prefer a candidate who is willing to relocate to Ramsey or nearby to be involved in our community. Must successfully complete and pass a background check. Must complete The C&MA’s “Protect the Church: Serving Safe with Minors Training Course” or equivalent prior to start.
