Credentialed, licensed, and ordained by the Christian and Missionary Alliance or willing to work toward it. Previous Pastoral Experience We prefer someone with previous experience as a pastor but would consider a second career, first-time pastor with life experience. Additional Requirements We prefer a candidate who is willing to relocate to Ramsey or nearby to be involved in our community. Must successfully complete and pass a background check. Must complete The C&MA’s “Protect the Church: Serving Safe with Minors Training Course” or equivalent prior to start.
