Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Order Picker to prepare and complete orders through loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping. This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs periodically and involves standing, bending, and lifting for 8-10 hours while handling materials. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on a computer, understand written and verbal English, and be adept at picking orders based on assigned zones while tracking picks with an RF Scanner. Speed and accuracy are crucial for picking, packing, and shipping online customer orders, ensuring proper labeling, packaging, and documentation for all outbound shipments. The role utilizes handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders by loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping.

• Pick orders based on assigned zones and track picks using an RF Scanner.

• Stand, bend, and lift for 8-10 hours to handle materials.

• Pick, pack, and ship online customer orders with speed and accuracy.

• Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and documentation for all outbound shipments.

• Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
