Location: South Holland, IL
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Compensation: $55/hr+
Contract: 2026-2027 School Year

Job Summary:
Novo Staffing is seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time position in a public school district in South Holland, IL for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a collaborative team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of K-12 students.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and address limitations in student occupational performance
• Collaborate with educators to adapt classroom activities for student access and participation
• Support alternative learning methods and educational assessments
• Develop and implement behavior strategies and positive behavior supports
• Promote sensory, motor, cognitive, and self-help development
• Facilitate inclusion through customized programming and accommodations
• Assist students in building functional skills across school environments
• Encourage participation in leisure and extracurricular activities

Qualifications:
Required:
• Valid Illinois Occupational Therapy License
• Valid PEL
• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy

Preferred:
• Experience with Special Education, ASD, and pediatric populations
