Metaverse Developer
We are looking for an Unreal and Unity Developer to help create and design new features for existing and new projects. You should be comfortable solving complex problems and building products geared towards the metaverse.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in or with the following:
• UX/UI and Visual Design
• Concept and illustration
• Unreal and Unity
• Experience with large team content pipelines
• UI art content creation and animations
• General 2D and 3D content creation
• Optimize and debug applications
Have a strong portfolio which demonstrates your level design skills and technical expertise
Have extensive Unity experience, preferably in mobile game development
Have Unity Component scripting experience (C++/C#)
Are a self starter, able to perform multiple tasks and or projects with minimal supervision
Have experience working successfully on a remote teams
Are willing and able to use Virtual Reality headsets, AR wearables and related products
Understanding of shading, lighting, and texturing in Unreal and Unity
Entry-level development or rendering development with OpenGL/Direct3D or similar
Basic understanding of 3D pipelines, as an example the integration of external 3D content
Must be detail oriented
Possess multiplayer game development experience such as Photon
Ability to function as a part of a large team while being able to work independently with clear and consistent communication mixed with self-direction
Have experience with or be open to development frameworks such as AGILE SCRUM and associated tools
Logical understanding of model complexity based on target device or objective, low or high poly
Experience Testing, QA, QC, Problem solving challenges
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Passion for exploring new technologies
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Bachelors Degree or equivalent demonstrated experience
Comfort with version control, preferably with Git
Excellent people skills such as the ability to tactfully convey points of view
