Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking to add a merchandising specialist to our Harbor Springs location. This person must have a friendly, outgoing personality and basic understanding of merchandising in a retail environment.

What to expect:

• Like working in a fast-paced and fun environment? We are high energy so time will fly.
• Work with planograms and execute effectively.
• Merchandise endcaps.
• Ensure merchandising standards are being followed throughout the store.
• Work with inventory coordinator and freight room manager to make sure overstocked product gets onto the sales floor.
• Assist with executing monthly/weekly sales signage.
• Changing out sign kits for on sale items.
• Circulate the store and update price tags on the shelf.
• Provide a high level of customer service to customers looking for products.
• Merchandise seasonal areas of the store as the seasons change.
• You'll restock merchandise displays as needed.
• You'll help unload and put away incoming truck merchandise.
• Plan to be on your feet for most of your shift (6 to 8 hours).
• You must lift up to 50 lbs.
