Our client, a leading organization in the scientific industry, is seeking a Marketing Web Developer to join their team. As a Marketing Web Developer, you will be part of the Digital Marketing Department supporting various internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Marketing Web Developer
Location: Columbus, OH - onsite 3 days per week
Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. What's the Job? - Builds, tests, and optimizes a secure website to support the evolving business needs of the client.
- Provides ongoing maintenance support for the client's website and other web properties.
- Collaborates with graphic designers, content authors, external vendors, services, and agencies to create a consistent online user experience that meets their needs and expectations.
- Performs routine site audits and proactive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Applies strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to deliver engaging experiences that meet marketing objectives.
What's Needed? - BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience in web development and digital environments.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3+ years designing for mobile-first and digital platforms.
- Proficiency in Webflow, including Webflow Designer, CMS management, and custom code integration.
- Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience integrating custom code within Webflow environments.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, web analytics tools, and supporting multilingual websites.
