Manual QA testing Job Description
1. 5-8 years of experience in Software Testing.
2. Experience in Manufacturing domain, knowledge of Kepware OPC and DELMIA Apriso or any other MES application.
3. Perform functional, integration and regression testing based on product release requirements and report metrics.
4. Experience in preparing detailed test cases, executing them and reporting defects.
5. Co-ordinate with business team for UAT and new releases.
6. Knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts.
7. Sound knowledge of test methodologies related to different phases of the software test life cycle(SDLC).
8. Good understanding of test and defect tracking tools (HP QC/ Jira or others).
9. Strong understanding of different software development life cycles (waterfall, agile) and contemporary software quality assurance processes.
10. Good communication skills, quick learner for new technologies.
11. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
12. Good to have experience in test automation tools such as Selenium
13. Experience with leveraging SOAP UI, Postman or similar testing tools for API testing
14. Familiarity with load / performance testing
15. Good to have experience in ERP to MES, MES to machine / PLC integration testing
16. Automation testing experience will be added advantage
