To support a dynamic design team, the part-time hourly Junior Graphic Designer will create innovative marketing assets across various mediums while collaborating closely with the Design Director and other team members to ensure brand consistency and meet project deadlines. Key responsibilities Design brand marketing assets including digital content, print collateral, and animations Create multiple design options based on creative briefs, collaborating with team members for feedback Develop basic motion graphics and video edits while managing multiple projects simultaneously Required qualifications 2-4 years of hands-on graphic design experience, preferably in an ad agency or design studio Strong typography and brand design skills, with a diverse portfolio showcasing various styles Basic proficiency in motion graphics and video editing using Adobe After Effects or similar tools Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, and familiarity with Figma Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
