Job Description Cardinal Staffing is currently hiring for an experienced
Painter for a full-time, year-round opportunity in Sandusky, OH.
We are looking for someone who genuinely takes pride in their work. This position is ideal for someone who is clean, detail-oriented, dependable, and experienced with both interior and exterior painting projects.
This is NOT a temporary summer position. The company is looking for someone long-term who wants stability and takes their craftsmanship seriously.
Responsibilities may include: - Interior and exterior painting
- Surface prep including sanding, patching, masking, and cleanup
- Maintaining clean and organized work areas
- Ensuring projects are completed neatly and professionally
- Working independently and efficiently
Requirements: - Previous painting experience required
- Valid driver's license required
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Dependable attendance
- Must be neat, organized, and professional
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors
Daytime hours
Competitive pay based on experience
