Department Instructional Design and Support Services Department's Website: Summary of Job Duties The Instructional Designer III will create online/blended courses (both credit and non-credit) in partnership with a rapidly growing team dedicated to innovation, creativity, and lifelong learning. Support the development and revision of courses, programs, and training materials for innovative and technology-assisted course delivery options at the R-1 flagship University of Arkansas. Collaborate on workforce development projects alongside subject matter experts and workforce development coordinators. Specific duties include, but are not limited to, instructional design and process management, faculty/SME consultation and support, ongoing course evaluation and revision, course and program alignment, quality assurance, and other related responsibilities. This position reports to the Instructional Design Manager. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is essential; the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others is required. This is not a remote position.
