Industrial Electrician
Location: St. Rose, LA 70087 and surrounding area
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00/ hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM; overtime available
Type: Contract to full-time hire

Are you an experienced electrician with a strong background in marine electrical systems and troubleshooting? Integrity Trade Services is hiring skilled Electricians in St. Rose, LA.  

Position Overview:
Join a reputable team where your expertise in marine electrical systems—including generators and steering—will be valued. This role offers competitive pay, weekly wages, and potential career growth within a trusted organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical systems at all levels, including 3-phase motors, generators, switchboards, motor starters, and automation controls.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on pumps, alarms, grounding systems, and Xenox fixtures.
• Read and interpret various electrical prints and schematics with accuracy.
• Terminate appropriate electrical equipment and connections according to specifications.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure system integrity.
• Assist project teams as needed with electrical installations and repairs.
• Be on-call during a scheduled 7-day period to provide emergency support.
• Occasionally travel to other company locations to support projects and operations.
• Follow all safety regulations and operational policies to maintain a safe workplace environment.
• Support additional duties as assigned to ensure team success.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Prior experience in electrical service, maintenance, or installation.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs over extended distances.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Capable of climbing ladders, stairs, and gangways up to 25 feet high.
• Able to stoop, kneel, crouch, and work above head for prolonged periods.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• TWIC certification preferred.
• Basic hand tools and solid previous work experience required.
• Ability to pass background checks and screenings.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to operate vehicles safely and courteously.
