Electrical Panel Builder – 1st Shift

Pay: $25–$28/hr

Schedule: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 4:00 PM) + Overtime on Fridays

Job Overview

Seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to build, wire, and troubleshoot electrical control panels and industrial systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves interpreting schematics, assembling components, and ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and engineering documents
• Build and wire control panels and industrial electrical systems
• Mount components and organize panel layouts
• Perform clean, accurate wiring and connections
• Inspect systems for quality and proper voltage operation
• Troubleshoot circuits, control systems, and 3-phase power issues
• Maintain tools and follow safety / 6S standards
• Work independently and with a team to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial electrical wiring and panel building
• Strong troubleshooting skills (including 3-phase systems)
• Knowledge of PLCs and VFDs preferred
• Ability to read schematics and technical documentation
• Must have personal hand and cordless tools
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winston Salem, NC.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
