Work location will be at multiple schools/locations within Baltimore County.
Work hours will be determined during hire but will be 7.5 hours per day between the hours of 7:00 AM and 4:30 PM.
Workdays are M-F. No holiday pay or school closing pay will be paid
Technical Support: Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues reported by faculty, staff, and students. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, projectors, and other IT equipment.
Help Desk Management: Respond to help desk tickets, emails, and phone calls in a timely manner. Document issues and resolutions in the help desk system, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Software Installation and Maintenance: Install, configure, and update software applications on computers and devices. Assist users with software-related questions and issues.
Network Support: Assist with basic network troubleshooting, including connectivity issues, Wi-Fi access, and network printer setups. Escalate complex network problems to higher-level IT staff.
User Account Management: Create, modify, and manage user accounts and permissions in accordance with institutional policies. Assist users with password resets and access issues.
Hardware Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on computers, printers, and other IT equipment. Coordinate repairs and replacements as needed to minimize downtime.
