Job Overview As a Final Assembly - Production Associate at Marvin, you'll help craft products that make homes better, all while working in a clean, bright, temperature-controlled facility. This role includes work areas that require frequent heavy lifting, full-body movement, and handling large materials up to 75 pounds. Every day is active and hands-on. No experience? Highlights of your role - Lift, carry, and move materials up to 75 pounds using proper technique and teamwork
- Handle large and bulky window components, including pushing and positioning completed units onto carts
- Perform frequent physical movements such as twisting, pulling, bending, and lifting from mid-section to chest height
- Use tools and equipment while following visual and written instructions to keep production moving efficiently
Select a schedule that works for your life: *Please note: all shifts require mandatory overtime.
Monday - Thursday: - Days: 5:00 am - 3:30 pm Pay: $18.50 per hour
- Evenings: 3:30 pm - 1:30 am Pay $21.50 per hour
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) - Ability to lift, move, push, or carry up to 75 pounds throughout the shift
- Comfort with repetitive physical movement including twisting, bending, and overhead or chest-height lifting
- High school diploma or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
