- Mentorship from a Regional Director with over 20 years of experience, and a 1-year Preceptorship with a dedicated partner and experienced Director of Therapy

- Supervise a team of 20+ full-time therapists, including PT, OT, and SLP

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION Full-time, permanent, Director of Rehab position in an Inpatient Rehab setting...Inpatient Rehab is one of the most challenging, yet rewarding settings in all of healthcare. It is, at its core, the heart of Therapy. In this setting, your team works with patients in the most critical state of their lives and has the opportunity to meet them in their dire need. Additionally, your team will be able to have a profound impact over the course of the patient's 3 to 4-week stay and see them make drastic improvements to return to their life. They will work with various Ortho, Neuro & Cardiac patient populations, seeing 4-5 patients per day. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help others.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in a Therapeutic area of practice (PT, OT, or SLP)
- An active California license or the ability to obtain one
- 3+ years of direct patient care experience as a Therapist
- Inpatient Rehab experience preferred
- Leadership experience as a Lead Therapist, Therapy Manager, or Director of Therapy required
- Ability to hold people accountable and have difficult conversations
- Visa Sponsorship is NOT available
