The Marketing team is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager (B2B) to design, launch, measure, and continuously improve cross-channel digital programs that influence pipeline movement and sales velocity. You will own paid media execution across multi-channel campaigns and account-based marketing initiatives end-to-end with a focus on making programs measurable, repeatable, and scalable. For more information, please visit Responsibilities Own paid media execution across multi-channel campaigns (search, paid social, display, native, programmatic) and account-based marketing initiatives end-to-end. Design and run 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs that support the full customer journey and align with field teams and corporate brand strategies. Build campaigns with impactful creative and clear engagement signals that sales teams can act on. Operate as a hands-on marketer, building insight-led, highly personalized journeys for priority accounts and using AI-enabled tools to scale performance. Apply a disciplined test-and-learn approach to analyze performance, optimize across channels and audiences, and improve engagement quality, pipeline progression, and conversion outcomes. Identify friction points from data and behavioral signals and create content to unblock progress. Collaborate with designers and external agencies as needed, and also create campaign content when speed and iteration matter. Write clearly, think visually, and translate complex ideas into digital experiences that resonate; apply new AI tools as they emerge. Independently manage end-to-end approvals and ensure all content meets regulatory requirements; navigate the MarTech stack (e.g., Demandbase, Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure accurate tracking, integrations, attribution, and data flows. What You Bring To The Role Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field. 8+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, including at least 2 years focused on account-based marketing programs. Experience with major ad platforms and at least one ABM platform (preferably Demandbase). Strong technical execution paired with a creative mindset and high-quality writing skills.
