Job Description

Be the point where digital experience becomes something better.

At Dutch Point Credit Union, digital is how our members experience us — every day.

It’s how they check balances, move money, open accounts, and apply for loans. And behind all of that is a set of platforms that need to feel simple, seamless, and continuously improving.

We’re looking for a Digital Product Manager who sees opportunity, understands what members need, and knows how to move things forward.

Why This Role Matters

Digital That Actually Works

You’ll help shape the tools our members rely on every day — making them simpler, more intuitive, and easier to use.

Turning Insight Into Action

You’ll take what you see — in data, feedback, and real behavior — and turn it into meaningful improvements.

Progress You Can See

The work you do shows up in real moments — when something works better, faster, and with less friction.

What You’ll Step Into

You’ll step into the platforms that power our digital experience — and help move them forward, including:

  • Online and mobile banking
  • Digital account opening
  • Online loan applications and lending tools

You’ll guide the roadmap, shape enhancements, and help evolve these tools in ways that make a real difference for members.

What You’ll Do

You’ll turn what you see into what comes next.

  • Spot opportunities to simplify and improve the member experience
  • Lead updates from idea through implementation
  • Use data, feedback, and real usage to guide decisions
  • Keep priorities clear and momentum moving

This is work that shows up in real ways — making it easier for someone to open an account, apply for a loan, or manage their money with confidence.

How You’ll Work

This is a role built on initiative and follow-through.

You’ll manage priorities, make informed decisions, and drive progress — working across teams and with technology partners to bring ideas to life and deliver meaningful improvements.

What You Bring

You’ve built a foundation in digital platforms or product work — and you’re ready to take that experience further.

  • A degree in Business, Technology, UX, Digital Product Management, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Around 3+ years working with digital products, digital banking, or platform management (banking, fintech, or consumer tech is a plus)
  • Experience working with platforms like online/mobile banking, digital account opening, or loan systems (Q2 or similar is a plus)
  • Exposure to working with technology vendors and contributing to product enhancements or roadmap conversations
  • Familiarity with UX/UI concepts and an understanding of how small changes can improve the overall experience
  • Comfort working with data, reporting, or analytics to understand performance and guide decisions
  • An understanding of how digital initiatives move from idea to implementation, with experience supporting that process

Just as important:

  • You communicate clearly and work well across teams and with external partners
  • You stay organized, manage competing priorities, and keep things moving
  • You adapt quickly, stay curious, and look for ways to improve what’s in front of you
  • You handle information with care and operate with professionalism and integrity

What You Can Expect

  • Visibility across the organization and involvement in meaningful work
  • A collaborative, forward-moving team environment
  • Full benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match, PTO , and more

Make it better. Move it forward. Be the point where progress happens.

If you’re ready to take the next step in digital product and help shape what’s ahead, apply today.
