Job Description The First Impression: Greet children and parents with a welcoming, positive attitude.
Communication: Manage incoming calls, answer questions, and handle appointment requests with professional phone etiquette.
Scheduling: Efficiently schedule and confirm appointments (we provide the training!).
Patient Flow: Check patients in and out while communicating office policies clearly to parents.
Administration: Maintain accurate patient records and support daily office operations in a fast-paced environment.
full-time $18 - $27 per hour

Requirements Education: High school diploma or GED.
Experience: Entry-level (Under 1 year). Previous front desk or customer service experience is preferred, but no dental experience is required.
Skills: Medical scheduling, phone communication, and medical records management.
People First: You are outgoing and comfortable speaking with both energetic kids and their parents.
Organized: You have a high attention to detail and can stay calm in a busy setting.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computers and standard office software.
Team Player: You have a willingness to learn and thrive in a collaborative environment.
