Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) – FedEx Ground OperationsJoin Tri-Star Transport as a FedEx Ground Pickup & Delivery Driver

Location: Arlington, TX
Start Time: 7:45 AM (Daily)
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Flexible schedules available. Weekend availability required. Operations run 7 days per week.
Compensation: $160 per day ($800 per week based on a 5-day workweek)

Take charge of your assigned delivery area while receiving support from an experienced operations team.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate delivery vehicles, including step vans and box trucks.
• Complete scheduled residential and business deliveries and pickups.
• Use mobile technology, scanners, and tablets to manage package tracking and route updates.
• Organize packages efficiently and assist with loading and unloading activities.
• Represent Tri-Star Transport and FedEx professionally through reliable, courteous customer interactions.
• Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.

What We're Looking ForMinimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• At least one year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
  • Relevant experience may include delivery driving, moving services, landscaping, towing, or Uber/Lyft.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history and no major violations or license suspensions within the past three years.
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 pounds.
• Capable of passing a DOT physical examination.
• Dependable, punctual, and prepared for an early morning start time of 7:45 AM.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that include weekends.
• Must successfully pass a background investigation (7-year review) and required pre-employment and random drug testing.
