Data Entry Specialist - $25/hr

Job Description:
This position focuses on high-volume data entry and administrative support within a workers' compensation claims environment. You will be responsible for reviewing, processing, and entering sensitive claim information with a high level of accuracy. The role requires someone who can quickly learn systems, stay focused, and maintain attention to detail throughout the day. This is a fast-paced office setting with a collaborative, small team.


Responsibilities for the job include:
• Scan and organize incoming documents
• Process and distribute incoming mail
• Review claim data and match claim numbers accurately
• Research and verify information within internal claims systems
• Enter data with a high level of speed and accuracy
• Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed
• Maintain organized and accurate records


Experience and Skills Required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Self-motivated and able to stay focused on repetitive tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Adobe experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
• Professional demeanor and ability to work well in a small team


Work Schedule:
Monday: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
Tuesday: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
Wednesday: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
Thursday: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
Friday: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
