Prep Cooks:You’re the foundation—prep with precision, stay organized, and make sure the shift is stocked, set, and ready for the rush. Tiki Bar Cooks:Fast, fun, and high-volume—you keep the beach-side bites flying and the energy high while staying clean and consistent. Expos:You’re the conductor—coordinate the window, communicate with the kitchen and front-of-house, and make sure plates go out right and on time.
