Job Description
UNM Medical Group, Inc. is hiring for a Clinical Systems Specialist to join our Cancer Center team. This position is a full-time position. Monday through Friday between 7 AM to 5:00 PM. This position requires rotation on-call duties, weekly with flexibility in working extended hours and weekends to meet the business needs of the clinic and providers, on-call hours are rotated bi-weekly, Mon-Fri 5 PM-9PM, Sat & Sun 7:00 AM-5:30 PM.
Minimum $44,604 - Midpoint $55,766*
*Salary is determined based on years of total relevant experience.
*Salary is based on 1.0 FTE (full time equivalent) or 40 hours per week. Less than 40 hours/week will be prorated and adjusted to the appropriate FTE.
Summary:
Under direct supervision, provides application support, complex problem analysis and resolution, in-depth application assistance, and serves as the application subject matter expert. Provides training to all clinical and non-clinical staff. Support the implementation of quality measures and process improvement. Participate in a rotating on call schedule
Minimum Job Requirements of a Clinical Systems Specialist:
High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. Verification of education and licensure (if applicable) will be required if selected for hire.
