About the Role
The COO oversees the global executive of the firm across three core pillars: - Product Innovation and Service Quality - International People Leadership - Global Account Management and Client Success This role is ideal for a leader who is energized by variety, highly organized, and skilled at connecting strategy to execution. The COO will work across global teams, improve delivery consistency, elevate client satisfaction, and drive expansion of new and existing service offerings. Core Pillars & Key Responsibilities 1. Global Account Management and Client Success Oversee global client delivery operations to ensure consistent and exceptional experiences across all engagements. Build and manage processes that support seamless execution of executive search, leadership advisory, and consulting work. Monitor engagement performance, timelines, and deliverable quality across offices and regions. Partner with leadership to resolve client issues quickly and proactively. Develop and refine account management frameworks that improve retention and strengthen long term client partnerships. 2. Product Innovation and Service Quality Lead initiatives to expand and evolve the firm's service offerings, including new product development and enhancement of current services. Drive continuous improvement in search execution, leadership consulting, and operational methodologies. Collaborate with internal teams to test, refine, and roll out new tools, processes, and delivery standards. Ensure the firm stays competitive through innovation, quality assurance, and operational efficiency. Evaluate market needs and work with leadership to build offerings that align with global trends in talent, leadership, and organizational performance. Champion the adoption and deployment of AI technologies for internal tooling and external advisory applications. 3. International People Leadership Lead and support global teams across multiple countries and time zones. Build a culture of continuous feedback, development, and accountability. Partner with HR and leadership to improve onboarding, role clarity, and capability development. Support performance management, coaching, and professional growth for partners. Strengthen communication and alignment between regions, ensuring a cohesive and collaborative global culture.
