Description Seeking a project manager with agile framework experience to lead the initiation, analyses, and close-out of projects. Communicates with stakeholders to meet customer's needs, resolve issues in a timely manner, and meet required project metrics. Must be able to lead and manage teams that collect, organize, analyze, and translate data into useful information for reporting and decision‑making. Must be able to coordinate effective and efficient use of business information technology and resources, improve process performance, and recommend strategies to meet customer objectives. Ensures compliance with policies and standard operating procedures. Required Skills Ability to obtain Secret clearance if required. Provide leadership and direction. Manage and facilitate work being completed on agile development teams. Ability to identify best practices and communicate/implement them. Ensure team maintains the agile framework. Assist with removing roadblocks. Assist with delivering high valued results. Proficient oral and written communications skills. Required Experience A minimum of five (5) years of experience with managing projects management. Experience should include planning, initiating, managing, executing, and closing out projects.
