Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Virtual Assistant to provide remote administrative support. The ideal candidate will manage daily office tasks, coordinate schedules, handle communications, maintain records, and assist with various administrative duties while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.

Answer emails, phone calls, and customer inquiries professionally.

Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.

Maintain digital files and organize records.

Schedule travel arrangements and accommodations when needed.

Perform data entry and maintain databases.

Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.

Coordinate projects and follow up on deadlines.

Conduct online research and compile information.

Provide general administrative support to management.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).

Experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Familiarity with communication and project management tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Trello, or Asana.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to multitask and work independently.

High level of accuracy, discretion, and confidentiality.

Preferred Skills:

Basic bookkeeping knowledge.

Customer service experience.

Experience with CRM software.

Fast and accurate typing skills.

Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Work Environment:

Remote/work-from-home position.

Requires a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
