About the Role:
Join Special Strong North Orange County as an Adaptive Fitness Trainer, where you will empower individuals with diverse abilities to achieve their fitness goals. Be a part of a supportive team in Anaheim, CA, dedicated to transforming lives through tailored fitness programs.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement personalized adaptive fitness programs for clients.
Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions in a safe and motivating environment.
Monitor client progress and adjust fitness plans as needed.
Provide education on health, nutrition, and wellness best practices.
Maintain a clean and organized training space.
Collaborate with other trainers and staff to enhance client experience.
Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all clients.
Stay updated on adaptive fitness techniques and industry trends.
Requirements:
Certified Personal Trainer or equivalent qualification in adaptive fitness.
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for promoting health and fitness in diverse populations.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals.
Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
