As an A&P Mechanic, you will perform part 135 phase maintenance primarily on corporate and private aircraft. You will respond to AOG calls locally within 30 minutes of different airports, with most work conducted on-site. Your role includes scheduled maintenance throughout the year for customers, conducting in-house phase inspections, addressing squawks, and occasionally generating log book entries. You will receive prepared work orders and work independently to complete tasks, interacting with owners and customers to update them on the status of their aircraft.

The work environment is a non-climate controlled hangar, with typical hours from 7 AM to 4 PM and AOG duties on weekends as needed. Efforts are made to minimize weekend work. Currently, there are typically about two mechanics assigned per plane.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Springdale, AR.
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
